10K Walking Plan

This walking program is designed to help you go from the couch to walking a strong 10K in 10 weeks. It includes training schedule, tips for success, weekly checklists, tips and tricks, motivational quotes and access to all workout recordings in the Slow AF Run Club app. Training plans are hosted in the Slow AF Run Club Training Portal.

10K Walk/Run Level One

The 10K Level 1 Training program is designed to get you from your current fitness level to running a 10K in just 10 weeks. It starts with 2.5 min run/2.5 min walk intervals and gradually increases the time of your run interval every week. This steady increase in duration will help you build endurance and avoid injury. The plan includes running days, cross training, and access to all workout recordings in the Slow AF Run Club App. Training plans are hosted in the Slow AF Run Club Training Portal.

10K Walk/Run Level Two

Looking to increase your running speed and endurance? Our 10K Level 2 Training Program can help! This program offers runners a gradual increase in running intensity, starting with 4 min run/1 min walk intervals and building from there. In addition to increasing your endurance, this program also includes strength training workouts and cross training days to help improve your overall fitness level. Auto-messages with training tips and tricks are also included to help keep you on track throughout the program.Training plans are hosted in the Slow AF Run Club Training Portal.
