5K Walk/Run Level 2
Timeline: 10 Weeks
Take your running to the next level. Starting with 2 min run/3 min walk intervals, you’ll build strength, stamina, and speed. Includes running days, cross training, and access to all workout recordings.

Martinus Evans is the founder of Slow AF Run Club, an award-winning certified running coach, and author. After being told by a doctor that he was “too fat to run,” he went from being unable to run for more than 15 seconds to completing multiple marathons. Featured in major publications like Runner’s World, The New York Times, and Men’s Health, Martinus has built an inclusive community of over 10,000 runners who believe that running is for everybody and every body. His approach focuses on making running accessible and enjoyable for all people, regardless of size, shape, or speed.
