5K Walking Plan

This 10-week walking program is designed to help you go from the couch to walking 5K. The program includes your training schedule, tips for success, weekly checklists, tips and tricks, and access to all workout recordings in the Slow AF Run Club app. Training plans are hosted in the Slow AF Run Club Training portal.

5K Walk/Run Level 1

The 5K Level 1 Training is the perfect program for beginners. In just 10 weeks, you'll be able to cover the 5K distance! The program is designed to be easy to follow and includes a training schedule, tips for success, and a sample meal plan for training. Plus, you get access to the Slow AF Run Club where you can ask questions and get support from other participants. Training plans are hosted in the Slow AF Run Club Training portal.

5K Walk/Run Level 2

Our 5K Level 2 training plan will take you from complete beginner to running a 5K in just 10 weeks. In this program you'll start with a 2 min run/3 min walk interval and build strength, stamina and speed. Your plan includes running days, cross training, and access to all workout recordings in the Slow AF Run Club App. Training plans are hosted in the Slow AF Run Club Training Portal.
